My Approach

My job begins with knowing and understanding where an individual is coming from, what makes them tick, what they want out of a sport or what might be keeping them from winning or enjoying it. That is; I don’t just work with the athlete in you. I work with all of you. What makes you who you are and what might be holding you back.

My professional experience in clinical settings helps me work with an individual and, over time, fine tune an athletic performance.

I believe in maximum athletic potential through a variety of techniques: visualization, self-awareness coaching, deep diaphragm breathing.

I believe in motivational imagery, and a discipline around setting goals. I use mindfulness training and meditation. Breath control and diaphragm training. I believe in Bio-feedback.
